About Renout van Hove
Short answer
Renout van Hove is the founder of NUVAI, an Antwerp company that builds AI into the existing tools of SMEs. Before that he worked for twenty-five years in technology, sales and marketing, at companies such as HP, Dell, Salesforce and Showpad. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
Now
Since 2026 I run NUVAI. We help SMEs in Belgium and the Netherlands use AI inside their own systems, so they rent fewer tools and own more of what they use. My articles about this appear on nuvai.eu.

How I work
I start from the work people do today, not from the technology. A tool that nobody opens on Monday morning is not a result. I prefer to build something small that runs over writing a large plan.
